The industry partners and organizers of the seminar presented their innovations one after the other in compact presentations.
Hobart showed that the company not only offers first-class warewashing solutions, but also food preparation solutions. EnviroFALK presented its new augmented reality solution and the future of technical service, while Rieber showed how problems in logistics and container picking can be solved digitally. The innovations in standardization relevant to planning and their significance in practice were presented by Barit for determining the slip resistance classes of floors, Hobart for commercial dishwashers, Ecolab for hygiene requirements, GIF ActiveVent for ventilation technology and Ansul for fire protection. So that the participants, filled with information and up to date, could enjoy an entertaining evening in the casino.

The 360GRAD FachAkademieGroßküche seminar takes place annually at different locations and is FCSI and VdF certified. The date and content for 2024 will be published at the beginning of the year.
