Challenge for the customer
Ensuring consistently high water quality in accordance with AP (Aqua Purificata) with maximum supply reliability.
In addition to consistently high water quality in accordance with AP (Aqua Purificata), maximum supply reliability was desired. After extensive consultation, EnviroFALK’s solution concept of dismantling the existing pure water supply during operation and replacing it without interruption with an efficient EnviroFALK reverse osmosis system with electrodeionization for the residual desalination of the permeate was convincing.
When designing the system, EnviroFALK scored with the GREEN-LINE GEO + EDI reverse osmosis system with directly connected electrodeionization for residual desalination of the permeate. The desalinated water is treated again. The water treatment system is controlled by a Siemens PLC, which digitizes and monitors all relevant data. For a guaranteed pure water supply, the system was equipped with an emergency supply via ion exchangers.

Users are extremely satisfied with the implementation and the service. EnviroFALK was also awarded the contract for the maintenance of all water treatment systems in the building complex.
