Container system: Process water technology in a mobile design
Boiler feed water treatment and neutralization of the desalination water completely installed in EnviroFALK container system.
EnviroFALK supplied the boiler feed treatment system for supplying a new power plant in Africa for a renowned manufacturer of diesel engines. Equipped with five engines that run on heavy fuel oil and diesel, the new power plant will have a total output of 87 megawatts.

Reverse osmosis system as a containerised solution
Challenge for the customer
Supply the steam turbine with deionized water in accordance with the requirements of TRD/VGB. Supply the cooling systems with demineralized water.
A manufacturer of diesel engines required appropriate deionized water in accordance with TRD/VGB to supply its steam turbine. Desalinated water was required to operate the cooling systems. The installation of the water treatment system should be characterized by a reliable and robust compact solution.
EnviroFALK designed the complete system technology for the treatment of the boiler feed water and for the neutralization of the outlet water as a pre-assembled and ready-to-use solution with two interconnected container systems. Here, the know-how and services of the EnviroWater Group have ideally complemented each other: technology for process water from EnviroFALK and for wastewater treatment from EnviroChemie. EnviroFALK was awarded the contract thanks to its convincing solution concept of operating both reverse osmosis systems as a parallel connection in start-up operation and as a series connection in routine operation. Drawings and documentation were created in accordance with the KKS power plant identification system.
