Challenge for the customer
One of the critical elements in wire EDM is water, which serves as a dielectric in deionized form.

To the process technologies

One of the critical elements in wire EDM is water, which serves as a dielectric in deionized form. In addition to maximum process stability and a significant increase in service life, the water treatment should be characterized above all by simple handling.

With the newly developed AQUAformtech product range from EnviroFALK, the water bath in the circuit of the wire EDM machine is continuously deionized, i.e. desalinated.

  • Maximum process stability
  • Extension of the service life
  • Easy handling

Christof Böhne: “The Aquaformtech system has a much longer service life than our previous approach with the drums. Once the resins are exhausted, we simply have the entire system replaced as part of the exchange service. This is uncomplicated and saves time, handling and expensive packaging and shipping costs.”
