Efficient rinse water treatment for first-class wash results

The rinse water treatment with recirculation enables the user to use large quantities of water at a higher temperature and thus optimize the rinsing result while reducing costs at the same time. The final rinse with demineralized water ensures a consistently high level of quality assurance for the products to be cleaned.

Whether rinse water treatment is carried out in open or closed circuits depends in particular on the washing process (multi-chamber or single-chamber systems) and the items to be cleaned.

Open systems are suitable if the effort required for recycling is too high and indirect discharge is possible. Rinsing water circulation has the great advantage over single use with subsequent discarding that increased rinsing volumes and temperatures do not lead to an increase in costs, but both have a positive effect on the result – due to better solubility of the soiling.
