We therefore decided to produce small quantities of demineralized water and store it in a low-germ atmosphere using UV treatment. This means that individual quantities of high-quality water can be called up at any time as required.&#8221; The deionized water is required for the final cleaning of the implants, which are made of cobalt-chrome, titanium, polyether and polyether ketone.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Solution&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;tab-2d090-4ac4&#8243;][vc_column_text]Brehm then sat down with the experts from EnviroFALK. After detailed analysis and consultation, a water treatment system consisting of reverse osmosis and downstream electrodeionization (EDI) was designed. The system produces deionized water with a consistently high water quality of 0.06 \u00b5S\/cm.
