EnviroFALK relies on augmented reality for customer service<\/h2>\n

Still have both hands free for tools and “real work”, but still receive numerous support functions from colleagues in the back office? The new augmented reality glasses make this possible. What started as an idea at EnviroFALK in June 2020 has now almost become the norm: complementary collaboration with AR glasses between EnviroFALK service technicians and their colleagues in the back office.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Technical questions can be quickly clarified remotely and real-time visualization means that context-related information reaches the service technician promptly. Augmented reality support saves time and travel costs and paves the way for a new type of virtual collaboration.<\/p>\n

“Especially at the present time, when business trips and on-site meetings with customers are only possible to a limited extent, the AR glasses reinforce our belief that digital transformation is an important item on our digitalization agenda.
