Scalable, standardized solutions that can be deployed internationally and efficiently integrated into a wide range of project environments are increasingly required. At the \\<a href=\"[https:\/\/www.envirofalk.com\/veranstaltung\/hydrogen-technology-expo-europe-2026\/](https:\/\/www.envirofalk.com\/veranstaltung\/hydrogen-technology-expo-europe-2026\/)\">Hydrogen Technology Expo\\<\/a> 2026, taking place in Hamburg from October 20 to 22, EnviroFALK will present a significantly expanded product platform for supplying ultrapure water to electrolyzers.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;34917&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/5&#8243;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;3\/5&#8243;][vc_column_text]The focus is on the further development of the EnviGreenPURE PtX product range. While the platform previously covered applications up to 5 MW, the portfolio now also includes solutions for electrolyzer capacities of 20 MW, 50 MW and up to 100 MW. This provides operators, plant manufacturers and project developers with a scalable system concept for a wide range of hydrogen and Power-to-X projects.<\/p>\n<p>The quality of the water used has a direct impact on the efficiency, availability and service life of electrolyzers. EnviroFALK develops water treatment systems tailored to the specific requirements of hydrogen production, ensuring a reliable supply of ultrapure water. The solutions are designed for various electrolysis technologies, including alkaline electrolysis (AEL), anion exchange membrane electrolysis (AEM) and proton exchange membrane electrolysis (PEM).<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\\<em>\\<strong>As electrolyzer capacities continue to increase, so does the demand for standardized water treatment solutions that can be deployed internationally. For international applications, the systems can, among other options, be designed in accordance with DIN or ASME requirements and configured to meet CE or UL specifications. This facilitates standardization and the global roll-out of larger hydrogen projects.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to expanding its product portfolio, EnviroFALK will showcase a water treatment system with an integrated digital system architecture at the trade fair. The combination of IO-Link sensor technology, cloud connectivity and a digital twin enables cross-site access to system and process data.
