Company take-over: EnviroFALK acquires AEW Wassertechnologie and AFS Solutions
The experts in process water technology are expanding their industrial customer base and further developing their expertise in heating water treatment
EnviroFALK continues its growth course with the nationwide establishment of sales and service sites throughout Germany. With the acquisition of AEW Wassertechnologie GmbH, the experts in process water technology have broadened their sales activities for water treatment and water conditioning plants in the industrial sector. EnviroFALK is also expanding its expertise in heating water treatment with its acquisition of AFS Solutions GmbH. The innovative AFS heating water modules for the treatment and conditioning of the water used to fill heating and cooling systems enable cost-effective and energy-efficient operation. The complex, patented modules are manufactured at AFS's own production facility in Seevetal, near Hamburg.

Comprehensive range of water treatment solutions
In addition to producing water treatment systems, which are planned, designed and manufactured at its headquarters in Westerburg, EnviroFALK offers a comprehensive range of services. If, for example, the ion exchanger cartridges used for water demineralisation are exhausted, EnviroFALK can exchange all current makes with its convenient pick-up and delivery service. The ion exchange resins are also regenerated in one of the most advanced regeneration stations in Europe at EnviroFALK’s headquarters in Westerburg as well as at many other EnviroFALK sites all over Germany.
