EnviroFALK takes over JWT

Grow organically and strengthen through targeted acquisitions

After EnviroFALK GmbH recently acquired JWT GmbH, the company was merged into EnviroFALK GmbH on April 30, 2023. This takeover follows EnviroFALK’s proven strategy of growing organically and strengthening itself through targeted acquisitions. JWT GmbH takes over the function of the EnviroFALK branch in Jena.

Renowned service provider of water treatment plants in Thuringia

JWT is one of the renowned service providers of water treatment plants in Thuringia. At the Jena site, the team takes care of installation work, commissioning and maintenance of water treatment systems. The site also offers the regeneration service of ion exchangers for water desalination.
