1. Organizer

The organizer of the competition is EnviroFALK Prozesswassertechnik GmbH, Gutenbergstraße 7, 56457 Westerburg, Germany.

2. Eligibility

Only existing customers of EnviroFALK Prozesswassertechnik GmbH who are resident in Germany and are at least 18 years old at the time of participation are eligible to participate. Employees and their relatives are excluded from the competition.

3. Participation period

The competition runs from June 18, 2025, up to and including June 30, 2025. Entries received after June 30, 2025, will not be considered.

4. Participation and procedure

To participate, fill out and submit the entry form on the campaign page. Only one entry per person is permitted.

5. Prizes

50 summer sets will be raffled off among all valid entries, consisting of:

– a thermos bag
– a fan
– a drinking bottle
– a beach ball

The winners will be determined by random drawing and notified by email.
The prizes will be sent by mail to the address provided on the entry form.
Cash payment is excluded.

6. Data

Your data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition.

7. Exclusion and liability

Participants who violate the terms and conditions or use unfair means may be excluded. Legal recourse is excluded. The organizers are only liable for intent and gross negligence.

8. Premature termination

EnviroFALK Prozesswassertechnik GmbH reserves the right to modify or prematurely terminate the competition at any time in the event of technical malfunctions or force majeure.
